About SylviaWith over 15 years of personal yoga practice, Sylvia’s path deepened through her own experience of chronic neck, shoulder, and back tension— leading her to discover a more refined approach to healing through Myo Yin & Breath.

This unique blend of myofascial release, yin yoga, and breathwork, her work invites a release of deep-seated tension while calming the nervous system. • Debora is a nutritionist and yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath, and awareness. Her teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha yoga and influenced by her training in the Vikasa method, which emphasises breath-led movement, longer holds, and a balance of strength, mobility, and deep stretching.

Debora teaches a Slow Hatha Flow, a calm, intentional practice where movement is guided by the breath. Her classes combine slow, controlled transitions with longer holds, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper awareness of your body. Movement unfolds in a steady, meditative rhythm, often supported by simple, repetitive music to help you stay present and focused.

Each class follows a gentle arc, gradually building energy before guiding you into stillness and rest. With a strong focus on breath and nervous system support, you’ll be invited to slow down, turn inward, and move with presence rather than rushing or pushing.

This is a practice that invites you to step away from the constant doing of daily life and reconnect with a more grounded, present state.

Her approach is warm, accessible, and suitable for all levels, offering a grounding midweek reset to help you unwind and feel more at ease in your body.

Stephanie has been teaching Yoga since 2009, and is passionate about supporting students through their practice to help them find more balance,  and to support a more joyful and healthy body, mind and spirit experience of life.

Her styles of teaching include classical Hatha, meditation , Ashtanga Vinyasa, and slow flow Yoga.

She draws on extensive years of personal practice, thousands of hours of training & teaching experience, and her own deep intuition.

A six month pilgrimage to India over 25 years ago, practicing in Ashrams, learning from Yogis and Buddhist masters , sparked a deep dive into Steph's life long love of Yoga as a spiritual path and transformative practice, and from there - many trainings into the therapeutic application of Yoga followed.
Stephanie loves teaching her regular weekly classes , bringing a focus on alignment and technique - and infusing her classes with warmth,  joy and a sense of lightness.

At Neighbourhood Yoga Stephanie teaches Saturdays : 930a.m - 11 a.m Ashtanga Vinyasa class.

This 90 minute class is largely based on Primary series, from the Ashtanga tradition - some weeks we may explore variations of postures,  each class is suitable for beginners to advanced.  (Some basic Yoga practice will be helpful ).

Students (if happy to ) may receive hands on adjustments, to help them experience a deeper sense of steadiness within the postures.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of postures linked by the breath (Vinyasa )- which are designed to build strength and flexibility, whilst promoting a clear, calm mind.

A deep & audible breath technique called Ujaii or Victorious breath (Pranayama ) is encouraged throughout the practice, which helps the student stay centred, focused and relaxed.

It's a powerful and wonderful Yoga practice which will leave you feeling elevated and deeply relaxed. "

    Warm wishes, Stephie

  • I'm Bec, a Strategic Psychotherapist dedicated to empowering you to heal and thrive.

I specialise in transformative modalities, including Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) breathwork—a facilitated style of Conscious Connected Breathing, and hypnotherapy. As an FBR breathwork facilitator and hypnotherapist, I harness the power of altered state therapies to facilitate deep healing that reaches beyond traditional talk therapy. These somatic and consciousness-shifting approaches allow my clients to access profound transformation and release patterns held at the cellular and subconscious levels.

    FBR Breathwork

FBR (Facilitated Breath Re-patterning) is a gentle breath and bodywork technique that combines conscious breathing with targeted release of tension held in specific areas of the body, allowing your nervous system to become regulated - sometimes for the first time.

These transformative sessions create a doorway to your subconscious mind, allowing you to access, release, and integrate deeply held patterns and emotions that may not be easily reached through traditional talk therapy alone.

DM me to book your 1:1 journey or place at our monthly circle.
